One Stop I.T. is committed to returning your laptops or PC fully functional and well serviced quickly and efficiently. We use efficient diagnostic tools to check your device, and conduct quick diagnostics on the spot. Some issues are more difficult to diagnose and usually take 24h*, so we will get back to you with a quote. Most jobs have a turnaround time of 1-2 days depending on availability of parts

*Quote fee applies if repair is abandoned as we put effort and time on figuring out the problem. : )

Daniel at One Stop IT is amazing. He replaced a very smashed Lenova Pro 3 Laptop screen. Completed in a couple of hours as a bit of trek for us. He also replaced the internal WIFI connection as well as no longer able to connect to any network. Super pleased with the results. Fantastic service and highly recommend One Stop IT if you need repairs.

Not just a 90-day warranty

All parts and products that we provide are covered by a 180-day warranty, which begins on the pick-up date. If your repaired device seems to be having issues after a repair, please visit us right away for warranty diagnostics. We will be happy to diagnose and replace any defective parts that were used during the original repair. Please bear in mind that the warranty does not cover physical damage (such as a broken screen) and water damage done to the device or misuse after the initial repair.
